We offer free standard shipping on orders totaling $70 or more, calculated before taxes and after discounts.

2. Orders Under $70 – Paid Shipping Required
Orders under $70 are subject to shipping fees. Customers are responsible for selecting and paying for one of the available shipping options presented at checkout.
Available shipping options and rates are calculated in real time based on:

Selected delivery speed
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed.
3. Processing Time

5. Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay additional shipping fees to have it resent.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Marked as Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file any lost or stolen package claims.
We reserve the right to provide delivery confirmation, tracking data, and carrier verification in response to payment disputes or chargebacks.
7. Shipping Confirmation & Proof of Delivery
Upon shipment, customers will receive tracking information. Proof of shipment and/or proof of delivery from the carrier constitutes fulfillment of our shipping obligation.
This documentation may be used to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
8. International Orders (If Applicable)
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.
We are not responsible for:

Refused packages
If a package is refused or abandoned, shipping costs will not be refunded.
