Refund policy

Here is a stronger, more legally protective version designed to reduce disputes and chargebacks. This version is clearer, firmer, and includes acknowledgment language.


Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through our store are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Failure to read product description

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have carefully reviewed your order details, including the selected size, and understand that your order cannot be modified, refunded, or exchanged once submitted.


2. Size Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size before completing checkout. We strongly encourage reviewing sizing charts and product details carefully.

Once an order is placed, the selected size cannot be changed, and the item must be kept as purchased.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Limited Exception)

The only exception to this policy applies if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • You receive the wrong item.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at up1onee2@gmail.com and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

Failure to provide photographic evidence within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether an item qualifies as damaged or incorrect. If approved, we may offer a replacement (not a refund).


4. European Union Orders

For orders shipped to the European Union, certain statutory rights may apply. However, exemptions under EU consumer law apply to:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once unsealed

  • Final sale items

To the fullest extent permitted by law, customers agree that their purchase is final and non-refundable except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks for delivered items may be disputed with:

  • Proof of delivery

  • Order confirmation

  • IP address verification

  • Customer checkout acknowledgment of this policy

We reserve the right to refuse future service to customers who initiate unjustified payment disputes.
